Due to the nature of mystery boxes and curated gift items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened mystery boxes.

Damaged or Defective Items

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
