Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.

Mystery Box & Handmade Items All mystery boxes and handmade tumblers are made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. Mystery box contents are final — no substitutions or exchanges.
